Clean wrought clad gyuto
A tighter build in terms of its fit and finish compared to the dirty wrought iron gyuto, simply due to working with cleaner cladding. No demlaninations through the spine on this one, but as such, there's a little less character in the wrought, in my opinion.
The blade is also a little thinner, with flatter bevels when compared to the dirty wrought and as such, the distal taper through the spine isn't as significant. The handle is proportionally bigger too, due to wanting to maintain a good balance through a thinner blade.
This would make an excellent pick up for anyone looking to add a smaller wrought clad gyuto to their collection.
