3 layer chefs

Clad in wrought iron and 15n20, with a core of 1095 this is your classic workhorse gyuto. Thick through the spine for nice stability,  but thin through and behind the edge so that it shouldn't wedge too much. A great pick up for anyone looking for a daily driver
