Damascus san mai Gyuto

This heavier set gyuto is clad in 360 layers of damascus pattern weld, giving the blade plenty of character on observation from afar, as well as close up. This Gyuto would be great for anyone looking to pick up a beefier work horse to add to thier collection.

- Usable length of 222mm, with a total length of 230mm, coming in at 54mm deep at the heel.
- Distal taper through the spine from 4mm down to 1mm at the tip
- 360 layers of 15n20 and EN42J for the cladding, with a 26c3 core
- 140 x 25 x 25mm bog oak handle, carbon dated to 3300BC, that gently taper in towards the heel
