Forged, heat treated and handled by Jack, while beveled, polished and sharpened by Steve at the Rockchop knife co, this gyuto would make an excellent pick up for anyone looking to add a nimble, versatile and whetstone ready blade to thier collection.

- San Mai gyuto with a 52100 core clad with clean wrought iron, polished to the nines
- Total blade length of 230mm, with usable dimensions of 214x50mm
- Distal taper through the spine from 3.5mm - 0.5mm before the tip
- 135x27x24mm (LxHxW) stabilised Misur Birch handle, incorporating a deer antler ferrule, all of which gently tapers in towards the hell of the gyuto
